Consumer dispute settlement / universal arbitration board
I am not willing or obliged to take part in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider, I am In accordance with Section 7, Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider, I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to research circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general Laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific legal violation.
