Born and raised in North Rhine-Westphalia, Maja Herrmann was introduced to the world of art at an early age by her mother, a successful painter. She developed her artistic foundation through self-study, curiosity, perseverance, and a sure sense of color and composition.

 

After graduating from high school, she moved into the tourism industry, where she embarked on a successful career. The many travels and intercultural encounters during this time became a valuable source of inspiration. Art remained a constant companion throughout this journey. She eventually decided to turn her passion for art into a career.

 

Today, Maja Herrmann lives and works as a freelance artist in Hamburg and looks back on over 16 years of experience. In her studio, she creates abstract acrylic paintings that are in international demand – from private individuals as well as hotels, restaurants, and other companies.
